On a recent visit to see my sister in Indiana she told me about her diet of smoothies so I decided to try this one. I am always in a rush in the mornings and this smoothie is so easy and fast to make not to mention creamy and delicious! Also if you are on a vegan diet then this is the way to go. You will need the following:
1 Cup Soy Milk
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Tsp White Sugar
Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a pretty glass with a straw and enjoy!
